Precision Mould Making 

A. Hopf develops, with its own development construction, thermoplastic injection moulds, which can ensure a tight measurement tolerance during the injection moulding. The prerequisite for maintaining these tight tolerances, is high precision of the injection mould itself. Precision in the mould shop can only be achieved with experienced and skilled specialists working in a well-rehearsed and performance-driven team. 

 

Our mould concept is designed in a modular way which means that all outline giving parts such as mould inserts, mould cores and gliding guides, are interchangeable and can be substituted quickly and at low cost when, for example, the mould is changed or the holding time is reached.
